Covers the history of the settlement of Puhoi, called the Bohemian settlement due to its pioneers hailing from Staab in Bohemia, now the Czech Republic.

Textured blue buckram boards are heavily stained and discoloured, with mould damage to the front cover.  Spine is discoloured, with some small insect holes to hinges.  Tanning and signature to endpapers.
