Author(s): Ray Tinsley

Hunting | Secondhand

Ray Tinsley is one of a small but dedicated number of people in this country who believe that somewhere in Fiordland there roams a tiny herd of moose. And he has a substantial amount of evidence to support his claim.

This book is in two parts. In the first Ray Tinsley tells us the history of the Fiordland Moose herd and his own attempts to find it. In the second part, Ray Tinsley has a number of provocative things to say about the policies of successive governments, the park boards and the conservation movements.

First edition. Signed by the author. Illustrated with monochrome images and maps to the end papers.

VG. The dust jacket is foxed inside and creased to the back. The inscriptions from the previous owner are removed by white tape.
